DA Consulting

DA Consulting is a boutique consulting firm specializing in international corporate and arbitration matters. Founded by Christopher D. Armeniades (demos), the firm works closely with its network of experts and consultants around the world.
 

After graduating from Harvard Law, Mr. Armeniades was an associate with Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York, then moved to the Paris offices of Shearman & Sterling, and then founded Armeniades & Associates, with offices in Paris and Moscow.

 

He's a specialist in international arbitration, joint ventures and cross-border transactions. He's advised governments on compliance and regulation issues, and served as special counsel to the President of Turkmenistan. He's handled matters pursuant to the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce, the London Court of International Arbitration, Uncitral and ad hoc arbitrations throughout the world, and has lectured on the topics of joint-ventures, contractual drafting and alternative dispute resolution at conferences and the PIDA sessions at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris.
